  Great German food and an enormous beer list. More like a novel actually. Reservations are probably suggested but it seems like people make them and then never show up. Not a problem really as the bar area is first come, first served so to speak. Staff was friendly and service was great.

  I've been here a few times and it's been hit or miss for me. The staff is friendly most the time and usually pretty attentive and efficient. However, I have experienced the opposite there as well and even a time when I had to listen to a manager yell at a cook for a good ten minutes, so it's hard for me to say a distinctive yes or no on the service.
  
  The beer selection is great, lots of variety! The food isn't half bad either, but I can honestly say I have had better elsewhere. The prices are fair in relation to proportion. If they still have the fruit and cheese platter I highly recommend that! If you pair it with a nice dark beer you'll have a wonderful experience!
  
  It's a deceit place with pretty good food and a nice beer selection, if I could I'd give it 3.5 stars, but in the end I've experienced better "beer gardens" elsewhere and this one is just okay to me. I would say it's worth an initial try so you can form your own opinion, but I say that with reservation.
  
  UPDATE: They added new vegetarian/vegan and gluten free options to their menu since the last time I went. This is highly pleasing when trying to find a place to eat with a gluten free girlfriend and her vegan sister. This most recent trip seem to please everyone involved, so I have to up my rating based on all this!

  Food was really good. It's not a bad place to go for German food, but it's not quite like the real deal. A bit pricey.
